Jawharat Al-Difaa is one of the leading residential projects in Madinah (Al-Difaa district), made up of 8 buildings comprising 60 varied residential units. The project was designed to offer generous spaces and modern layouts that meet the needs of contemporary living, in a strategic location surrounded by essential services, healthcare, and education.
My role in the project: I helped guide the investment decisions and followed the project through every stage, from concept to sale, coordinating with the engineering, execution, and marketing teams to meet the project's investment goals. My contributions centered on the following:
- Financial planning and approvals: Preparing the initial designs and a precise feasibility study, and defining costs — which secured the required financing and the approval of the staged payment plan.
- Contractor oversight: Acting as general supervisor over all contractors on site — direct oversight of the labor file, close follow-up on build quality, and recommending contractor changes when necessary to keep standards and schedule on track.
- Procurement governance: Full oversight of the project's procurement file to keep spending efficient and materials up to standard.
- Interior design and engineering detail: Direct, detailed oversight of every item and stage of the project, including delivering the interior designs at the highest possible quality.
- Sales oversight: Planning and full oversight of the final stage — marketing, selling, and handing over the residential units.
